Your Most Frequently Asked QuestionsHow early do I have to book?
Most courses fill up quickly and it is advisable to book as early as possible - especially for Sicily. Do enquire about late availability, however, as there may be some places left nearer the departure date. Can I bring a non-painting partner? Yes, non-painting partners are welcomed at a discount. Prices and booking arrangements are detailed in the brochures. Do I need to have any painting experience? No, the courses are suitable both for beginners and for accomplished painters - and all levels in between! Do I need to bring my own equipment? Yes. If you would like a list of things to bring, please contact Bettina. Will I be picked up from the airport? Yes, you will be met at the arrival's gate by Bettina or one of her colleagues (holding a sign), who will take you to the course location in time for refreshments. How many students are typically on a course? Typically, there are between 8 and 14 students on each course. Is the course price fully inclusive? Yes, only the optional excursion trips and activities and airport transfer might incur an extra cost on some courses. All painting trips, tuition, meals and accommodation are included in the course price. I have difficulty in walking long distances. Will this be a problem? No, typically everything is organised around the participants' needs, and trips to painting locations necessitate very little walking. Please check the brochures for detailed info about specific courses, because the locations differ and some might be less suitable for people with mobility issues.
